Ski slopes in Andorra
Due to its large size, Grandvalira is a resort with several different access points. The access points can be found from Encamp to Pas de la Casa sectors.
They are all connected by the slopes, and each of them offers a different profile and services. Our guests can cover the entire skiable area within the territory without ever having to remove their skis.
Encamp sector
The Encamp sector is the first access to Grandvalira from Spain and it’s also the closest to the town of Andorra la Vella and Escaldes-Engordany. The access makes an incredible experience in itself. You can enter it via the Funicamp in the village of Encamp, which, at 6 km in length, is one of the longest funitels in Europe. In Solanelles, at an altitude of 2,500 m, there are plenty of services on offer at the top of the Funicamp, and you can ski to the rest of sectors during the winter. As in all sectors, you will find for example a ski and snowboard school. You can also come purely to enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views and dine at one of our restaurants both in winter and summer. In winter it’s an ideal place to learn to ski surrounded by unique views.
Canillo Sector
The sector is open in both winter and summer and can be accessed by cable car from the town of Canillo. In both seasons of the year, it makes a perfect place to enjoy various activities as a family at the Mon(t) Magic Family Park. During the winter you have various beginners’ slopes to learn to ski in a quiet environment and you can also head towards the other sectors. If you prefer, visit without skis to enjoy the views of the emblematic Casamanya peak while descending one of the longest zip lines in the Pyrenees, or have a go on the 555 m long Màgic Gliss toboggan ride, with the option of going down it wearing virtual reality glasses. Be sure to take advantage of the restaurants in the area too!

At present, the chairlift currently leaves this sector at an altitude of 1,960 m and reaches Solanelles, the upper part of the Encamp sector at an altitude of 2,500 m. This makes the Bordes d’Envalira area a new access point and sector. Here you will find the Sunset Park Peretol by Henrik Harlaut. The only night-time Snowpark in the Pyrenees.
Grau Roig sector
Grandvalira, a World Cup resort! Grau Roig hosts the FIS Speed Skiing World Cup event, including the finals. For one week, year after year, we get to see the fastest athletes on the planet on the Riberal slope, the only approved Speed Skiing site on the Iberian Peninsula.
