Ethical Channel Grandvalira Resosrts

Ethical Channel Reports an Infraction

At Grandvalira Resorts, we do not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment. All visitors have the right to enjoy our facilities without fearing unjust treatment or inappropriate behavior.

Our resorts are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all employees and visitors, and are continuously involved in raising awareness and training the team on equal treatment and non-discrimination.

For these reasons, Grandvalira Resorts has implemented an ethical channel that allows anyone to report facts they believe may constitute discrimination, a breach of regulations, or an infraction.

Reports are processed through the Co-Resol platform, which ensures the confidentiality of the information handled for both reporters and those reported, while also allowing communication to be made anonymously.

What issues can be reported via Co-Resol?

  • Discrimination
  • Sexual harassment
  • Gender-based harassment
  • Behavior related to safety on the slopes
