The à la carte restaurants in the Grandvalira Grau Roig and Pas de la Casa sectors are committed to the reintroduction of Andorran cuisine, offering the best mountain gastronomy with a menu and a selection of dishes prepared with local products.
The restaurant's offer is based on traditional dishes, with a commitment to innovation but without renouncing its essence. In the winter, the dinners can also be booked and combined with night activities such as snowmobiling or snowshoeing.
In the summer, the restaurant, for the last 25 years, sits at an altitude of some 2,350 metres in the Grau Roig sector on the shore of the lake from where it takes its name.
It offers traditional dishes such as escudella (Catalan-style stew) and trinxat (chopped vegetables and pork), along with rice dishes featuring local produce and meat dishes of the very highest quality, such as Wagyu beef.
