Can I pick up my ski pass at the hotel?
If you choose one of our hotel + ski packages , the passes and other services you have purchased will be placed in an envelope addressed to you and left at your accommodation. (Only available for bookings made at least 24 hours in advance and on working days.) This service is not available for bookings in which the first ski day is the same as the arrival day at the accommodation. In such cases, you will need to collect your pass from any of the ticket offices in our resort.
