Can I pick up my ski pass at the hotel?

If you choose one of our hotel + ski packages , the passes and other services you have purchased will be placed in an envelope addressed to you and left at your accommodation. (This service is only available for bookings made at least 24 hours in advance and on working days). Please note that this service is not available for bookings where the first ski day coincides with the arrival day at the accommodation. In such cases, you will need to pick up your pass at any of the ticket offices in our resort.
