How to activate your eSIM on iOS?

Follow these steps to activate your eSIM:

  1. Go to ‘Settings’ on your device.
  2. Navigate to the ‘Cellular Data’ section and select the eSIM you installed.
  3. Click on ‘Activate this line’ and enable the Data Roaming option.
  4. Return to ‘Cellular Data’ and ensure the eSIM is correctly set as the active line.

You can verify if your eSIM is active in the following ways:

  • Check that the signal icon on your device's screen shows at least one reception bar.
  • Go to ‘Settings,’ select ‘Cellular Data,’ and ensure the ‘Data Roaming’ option is enabled.

How to activate your eSIM on Android ?

To activate your eSIM, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the ‘Settings’ section of your device.
  2. Select ‘Mobile Data’ and choose the eSIM you installed.
  3. Within this option, click on ‘Activate this line’ and enable Data Roaming.
  4. Return to ‘Mobile Data’ to confirm that the eSIM is set as the active line.
